The PUC’s Report to the Legislature

As we noted earlier this session, various state agencies give presentations to legislative committees. Sometimes, though, for whatever reason, an agency presentation is given outside the committee and just to the legislature in general. Since any given committee only has a small percentage of legislators as members, it may make sense for certain agencies to give a presentation outside the designated committee time.

This does result, however, in that presentation not being streamed online to the general public. The Public Utilities Commission is one of the agencies that presents “after hours,” as it were.

So, for your Monday morning reading enjoyment, here is the Public Utilities Commission’s report to the Legislature, given last week Tuesday:
